Fitness Mahjong

This is a healthy form of "gambling mahjong", where players perform some kind of exercise based on placement.

For example, regarding push-ups:
  1. First does 0 push-ups.
  2. Second does 10 push-ups.
  3. Third does 20 push-ups.
  4. Fourth does 40 push-ups.
Naturally, this concept can be applied to various exercises and different mahjong formats.  Just give it a try, and see how it goes.
